Jason & Alana have 22 years of combined coaching experience. Jason has worked as a strength & conditioning coach in the elite tiers of state AFL, has 10 years of rehab experience, and currently trains masters powerlifters (people over 40 years of age).

​

Alana has competed in the prestigious WBFF twice as a bikini athlete knowing just what it takes when it comes to training, nutrition and dedication.

​

For the past 5 years we have been working primarily with people aged 40 and above, but we will work with anyone who wants our help - age is no barrier.
