At Eternal Strength Fitness we have a range of options available to suit everyone's fitness requirements and budgets. We coach people both In-person and remotely. For in person coaching you will need to attend our location at Sunnybank Hills. 

As for our remote training, you can be anywhere within Australia, and you do not need to have a gym membership training from your own home is fine.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

Our services range in price start at $39 per week. Although we have the 4 listed options above, each service is often customized based on the individuals needs, this could include or combining services such as 1 on 1 sessions, customized meal plans etc with one something like the floor coaching.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT FOR ONLINE COACHING?

No. For online coaching you can either be a member of your local gym anywhere in Australia, and we will provide you with your programming to follow. If you want to just workout from the comfort of your own home in your own time we can create body weight program for you. Any equipment you do have or you purchase over time can then be applied to your program.

IF I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER GYM MEMBERSHIP BUT WOULD LIKE TO VISIT YOU ONCE ONCE A WEEK OR MONTH IS THAT AN OPTION?

Yes. We typically refer to this as "hybrid" coaching. Maybe you live a bit far to travel multiple times per week but would like to do an in person session for technique, accountability or just something different.
